As a BIG believer in reviews, I am writing to tell you and your staff how pleased we are with the turf in our newly designed backyard. You patiently held my hand before, during, and after the project, putting up with all my questions and changes on the color and style, the putting green size and shape, the concern about our rescue dog, the time frame, not to mention the challenges with an uneven, unlevel backyard. You continued to reassure me all would be fine … and you were right.
You know your stuff, and we are very grateful, not only for your knowledge, but your willingness to return every call quickly, and move the project along quickly, as well. You also met us at several different locations so we could see for ourselves how the artificial grass might look in our own backyard!
The final result has brought in many “oohs” and “ahs” from friends and family which brings a smile to our faces. We are so happy you were such a huge part of the project.
