A timber swing set and slide standing on turf, with the surface running out level across the whole back garden. Under a swing set is where every natural lawn gives up first — the two bare craters under the seats are practically a fixture of a family back garden.

Turf removes that failure point entirely, and the base does the safety work: a graded, compacted platform with shock absorption in the fall zone under the equipment. It also drains, which in practice means the swing set is usable the same afternoon it stops raining rather than two days later.
