Galleria

The Galleria set is mostly work at height and in tight urban plots: a level lawn on a raised terrace with the skyline behind it, a courtyard with a narrow lap pool and spa reached by turf stepping stones, a strip of lawn along a building frontage, and glue-down turf on a balcony read through the sliding door from inside.

None of these have soil under them, which changes the whole build. On a terrace or balcony the turf is bonded or ballasted rather than pinned, laid over a drainage layer that protects the waterproofing beneath, and cut precisely to the parapet and threshold lines. Getting the fall right matters more here than anywhere — there is nowhere for standing water to go.
